Assistant Service Engineer / Service Engineer
Description
  • Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled, routine servicing to keep equipment in optimal condition and prevent unexpected failures
  • Corrective Maintenance and Repair: Troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions on-site, diagnosing and fixing problems to restore equipment to full working order
  • Testing and Calibration: Conducting tests to ensure equipment functions correctly and performing calibrations to maintain accuracy
  • On-site Service: Providing on-site service at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities across Hong Kong and potentially Macau
  • Safety and Compliance: Upholding strict safety and compliance standards during all service activities, including adhering to infection control policies when working in clinical environments.
  • Documentation: Keeping accurate and up-to-date service records, spare parts records, and reports to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Coordination: Cooperating with sales teams, application specialists, and other engineers to ensure both product and service quality meet customer needs.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work as part of a service team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the team's overall goals . Ad-hoc tasks will also be assigned.
Requirements
  • A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • Any academic or hands-on experience with biomedical devices, healthcare instruments, or relevant technologies (like IoT/AIoT) can be a significant advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are also considered.  
  • Looking for talents with proactive working attitude and self motivation.
  • Good command/communication of written English is required.

Assistant Product Manager/Senior Product Specialist
Description
  • To keep up the sales and achieve sales target in the assigned territories
  • To assist Sales & Marketing Managers to develop and implement product strategies
  • To work on product/international standard compliance
  • To assist Sales & Marketing Managers in conducting market research
  • To analyze market trends/competitor products for product positioning/segmentation
  • To assist Sales & Marketing Managers to develop/identify market opportunities
  • To support planning and execution of product launches, including marketing materials, training resources and sales support tools
  • To assist Sales & Marketing Managers to provide product training and in-service support to the team
  • To collaborate with the team in customers engagement
  • Providing excellent customer service
Requirements
  • University graduates preferably major in life science or medical related discipline.
  • 5 years’ relevant sales experience is an advantage.
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Passionate with strong initiative to take challenge.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • A good team player, self-motivated, independent and can work under pressure.
